Matthew Mconaughey and Kate Hudson strike gold for chicks looking for a flick...again. We didn't get enough of their on camera chemistry in How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days. The movie is entertaining, although not a cinematic classic for romance. My vice...it was national treasure in the Caribbean.

The characters work very well together. It's the perfect combination of mystery and comedy. This movie is from the creator of Lethal Weapon, writer and director Shane Black. Since it only made 4.2 million in its opening weekend, I never decided to watch the movie. Thankfully, I met someone who told me otherwise. Steve Carell's dialogue was very funny, and he delivered his lines perfectly every time. The plot was slow-paced but action-packed. The romance was cheesy and too quick to be realistic. Also, there was the surprising appearance of Bill Murray. Overall, it's another Steve Carell movie with Steve Carell playing Steve Carell! "Welcome to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger. Can I take your order?" Keenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell team up to bring you this Nickelodeon classic. I knew I had loved this movie as a child, but even today, it's still genuinely funny. With small cameos from your favorite All That cast members and also other star performances from Sinbad, Shaq, and Carmen Elektra, this movie ensures laughs. Starring Brad Pitt and Harrison Ford. Brad Pitt, an Irish criminal, goes to America to deal weapons. He stays with a cop, Harrison Ford, and lives in the family's basement. While getting close to the family, he also brings danger to Ford's home. Pitt must decide to give in to his new friend or make a run for it. The acting is well done and the plot is interesting. The women of Saturday Night Live are breaking into film! Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are too funny. Although it is not a cinematic masterpiece, it had some really good laughs and a happy ending. This movie straddles the line between chick flick and comedy. Good for a date, I suppose. My favorite part of the movie was the music. James Newton Howard: you are a genius. The movie was action-packed and very good. The children have progressed in their acting abilities. Prince Caspian was a little cheesy, but I forgive him. Overall, it's a great film for all ages, and should be viewed in theaters. I always thought that Bruce Willis was an okay actor. He always seemed the same in all of his movies. Until M. Night Shyamalan cast him in The Sixth Sense, that is. I considered him decent. Since Night used him for Unbreakable, I think he is brilliant. His role is powerful, and his character is strong. The movie alone is very slow, but it's what makes room for the characters to be so strong. This film is about a realistic superhero. Samuel L. Jackson gave a great performance as well. This movie is a must-see. Yay! They finally made a good hulk movie. Liv Tyler and Edward Norton had great on-camera chemistry. The graphics were amazing and possibly the most impressive part. Sure, it has it's faults, but this is a movie about a man that turns large and green when he is angry. It was well done and you should see this in theaters. Iron man was better though. I have fallen in love with Robert Downey Jr. He gave a fantastic performance. This movie had almost every genre of film thrown together with a finished product of genius. I would pay to see it more than once in theaters, and I'm cheap. There were minor flaws, but easy to dismiss because it has so much to make up for everything. Also, it was nice to see Gwyneth Paltrow again. |
