If you're bored out of your mind, you should consider going to a Hobby Lobby, or other such place, and purchasing a model to build. They have cars, planes, boats, tanks, and all kinds of good stuff. Most models are fairly easy to put together, just time-consuming. They have detailed instructions that are simple to follow, and color guides if you want your model to be accurate and to paint it. If you don't have the patience, or time, or whatever to paint it, a lot of models look just fine without it. Just remember to paint BEFORE you put it together, if you decide to do so.
They're not expensive, either. I bought a kit for a MiG-21 fighter for 8 bucks, plus a few dollars for glue. Larger models will, of course, be more expensive. I picked up (and am currently working on) a Porsche 911 Carerra GT for $45, but it will be well worth it.
Also, make sure you have room to do it, a place where people won't come by and accidentally knock it over or bump into it.
